After the great success of Creative Café in the previous years, IATEFL-Hungary has launched a regular monthly Creative Café at the Libra Foreign Language Bookshop, Kölcsey u. 2.
On the first Friday of each month, from 16:00 to 18:00 (we changed the time based on your feedback), we would like to meet you for a 2-hour workshop, discussion, and networking. Each month a different topic will be discussed, and participants will have a chance to win free copies of books from Libra Books.
Furthermore, Libra Books is offering an all-time 20% discount for all members of IATEFL-Hungary. Please show your membership card in the shop or add your membership number to your online orders to receive the discount.

On September 4, the Business English Special Interest Group - Hungary will be our host. This is what they are offering.
Part I (4-5pm)
"Stuck in the Middle" - with Jasmina Sazdovska, head of the department of foreign languages, IBS Budapest. Jasmina will build on our previous Business English event which was about engaging the audience in a presentation. In the September Creative Café, she will explain how to maneuver the central part of a presentation for maximum effect.

Participants will discuss IATEFL Hungary's Business English SIG activity at IATEFL Hungary's 25th Jubilee conference in October. Everyone who teaches adults is welcomed -- and needed! -- to create a program that will be useful and inspiring. The mission of the IATEFL Hungary Business English SIG is ""To engage with each other, share ideas and develop as Business English teachers" and that is what we will do at Creative Café!
