Withdrawal from purchase

The right of withdrawal from purchase is regulated in Hungary by Government Decree 17/1999. (II. 5.) on distance contracts and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. According to this, the buyer may withdraw from his intention to purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after the performance (receipt).

1. Click on the link below: Return. Enter the Sender's details, then after accepting the terms, submit the order! We will automatically redirect you to the bank payment page. Please pay the service fee.

2. Prepare your package, ensuring its safety and appropriate dimensions! You can only return your package via GLS Parcel Locker! Make sure that the size of your returned package does not exceed the maximum package size that can be placed in the compartment (height 43 cm, width 60 cm, length 74 cm)! Continue to the packaging guide!

3. Please write the parcel number you received on the parcel after ordering! Please note that you will only receive a parcel ID if your payment is successful!

4. Find the most suitable GLS Parcel Locker for you and drop off your parcel!
